Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless and efficient workflow across all departments.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational strategies to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain business continuity.
  • Drive process automation and the adoption of new technologies to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the supply chain or logistics sector.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
  • Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
