Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Manage budgets and forecast financial performance, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business goals.
- Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly, employing problem-solving techniques to minimize disruption.
- Oversee supply chain management, ensuring timely procurement and inventory control to meet customer demands.

- Engage with stakeholders to align operational goals with overall business strategy and customer expectations.
- Continuously assess and refine operational processes to drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is essential.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within the industry.
- Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or Lean Management are highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and driving operational improvements.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in analytics tools is crucial.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage change with resilience.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus, especially in multicultural environments.
