Roles & Responsibilities

A leading catering company in Doha is seeking a dynamic and experienced OPERATIONS MNAGER to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites. This role is critical to ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and full compliance with both company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline operations across diverse catering locations
  • Lead and motivate on-site teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Maintain strong client relationships and respond proactively to feedback
  • Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource allocation to optimize performance
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational innovation

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in large-scale catering operations
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving abilities
  • GCC experience preferred
