Responsibilities

• Proven knowledge and understanding of ceramics manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, costing, pricing, procurement, inventory management, and managerial accounting.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
• Solid background in operational management covering production, logistics, customer service, sales, marketing, business development, IT, HR, finance, and administration.
• Experience in developing and implementing business plans and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Proven success in business development, sales, and marketing, including retail, e-commerce, B2B, and new market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in industrial engineering, Management, or a related field; or a minimum of seven years experience in handicrafts development, arts, and crafts.
• Strong work ethic with commitment to transparency, accountability, empathy, and integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Experience in driving and managing organizational change, with adaptability to evolving circumstances.
