Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and supervise cleaning teams to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. Inspect and assess building façades to determine the appropriate cleaning methods. Oversee quality control to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence. Ensure full compliance with safety procedures and use of protective equipment. Manage cleaning materials, tools, and inventory effectively. Conduct cost analysis and pricing evaluations for cleaning projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in façade cleaning management in the Gulf region. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven experience in cost estimation and pricing within the cleaning industry.
