Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations: warehouse, order fulfillment, delivery, returns & exchanges.

Manage and coach the operations team (OTC, warehouse, CRM, returns & exchange).

Ensure accurate inventory and smooth use of Odoo across all operational flows.

Manage courier relationships and ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery.

Prepare and track KPIs (order lead time, on-time delivery, return rate, cost per order).

Support peak seasons and new collection launches with the right operational capacity.

Improve and document processes and SOPs to make operations scalable.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years in operations / logistics / e-commerce (fashion/retail is a plus).

Experience managing a small team in a fast-growing environment.

Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS (Odoo is a strong plus).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.

Procactivity and strong leadership skills

Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
