Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations Management: Coordinate and supervise daily activities across the institute s branches to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Client Correspondence: Receive, organize, and process client inquiries, documenting and tracking them through the institute s systems.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate periodic meetings with relevant departments and branch teams to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Collect, update, and analyze client data to prepare periodic reports and presentations aimed at evaluating operational performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field, preferably in a multifunctional environment.
  • Additional certifications or training in office management, business writing, or office software are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); data analysis skills are a plus.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and email/ file management systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning).
  • Strong reporting and statistical analysis skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly identify root causes and propose effective solutions
