Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Company Formation & Licensing

  • Process formation and registration of mainland, free zone, and offshore companies, including post-licensing procedures and portal setup.
  • Handle renewals of company licenses and all related documents with the local authorities.
  • Manage amendments such as transfer of shares, change of managers, activities, or officeholders, and handle liquidation or deregistration of companies.

Visa & Immigration Services

  • Process residence, investor, employee, dependent, and property visas, including renewal and cancellation.
  • Handle Emirates ID applications, E-channel, and establishment card registration, and coordination of second citizenship-related tasks.

Banking & Attestation

  • Manage the opening and closing of personal and corporate bank accounts and other related banking services.
  • Process document attestations with embassies, consulates, MOFA, and other authorities.

Compliance & Coordination

  • Maintain regular communication with Corporate Service Managers/Executives to ensure timely task completion.
  • Coordinate with PROs and government authorities to ensure smooth processing of client requests.
  • Keep the company CRM (PMS) updated with accurate client and project data.
  • Monitor and update information regarding regulations, fees, and authority requirements.

Client Management & Reporting

  • Handle direct communication with clients after handover from the Corporate Service Manager, ensuring accurate updates and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports on ongoing tasks to management.
  • Support marketing initiatives by sharing relevant updates and adhering to the company's media policy.

Internal Support

  • Work closely with the Finance Department for invoice and quotation coordination.
  • Promote teamwork and assist colleagues when required to achieve company goals.
  • Maintain professional relationships with free zones, banks, embassies, and other partners to facilitate operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 3 years of experience in corporate services, company formation, or business setup.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong computer literacy and CRM proficiency.
  • Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Independent, proactive, and a strong team player.
