Operations Director / General Manager

On behalf of our client in Brazzaville, we are seeking to recruit an "Operations Director / General Manager" who is already located in Africa.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop operational strategies aligned with company goals, budget, and brand image,

Supply chain management,

Supervise operations and optimize processes,

Identify areas for improvement,

Oversee day-to-day operations,

Make decisions to improve operational efficiency,

Analyze daily and monthly tasks,

Manage operational workflows,

Define and implement strategic objectives,

Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners,

Drive business development,

Ensure operational compliance with current laws and regulations,

Prepare for and participate in strategic decision-making meetings,

Lead, manage, and supervise teams,

Present new protocols to teams,

Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Logistics, and Procurement,


Qualifications:

Degree in Management, Business Administration, or equivalent,

At least 5 years of experience in a similar operational field, including 2 years in a managerial role,

Excellent strategic vision and ability to take a high-level perspective,

Stress management, resilience under pressure, and ability to make quick decisions,

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities,

Strong knowledge of finance, Data analysis, Project management, Innovation in logistics,

Proficiency in business management software/tools,

Fluent in both French and English.
