Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective movement of goods, from procurement to delivery, optimizing the supply chain.
  • Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and order fulfillment, to minimize errors and delays.
  • Supervise a team of logistics and warehouse staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, negotiating favorable terms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates at least 3-5 years of experience in operations and logistics, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience within the manufacturing or distribution industry is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation management systems.
