Operational Oversight Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with external regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities (GACA and other civil aviation agencies).
• Conduct on-site inspections and audits across operational departments.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Support the development of compliance monitoring and quality management strategies.
• Supervise the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Program and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Analyze compliance and quality data, trends, and produce reports.
• Maintain vendor lists for operations, ground handling, and maintenance providers.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on audit reports and corrective action plans.
• Manage QMS software and ensure effectiveness of audit schedules.
• Promote compliance awareness through campaigns, bulletins, and workshops.
• Conduct self-audits to identify and address gaps in compliance and safety.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain liaison with GACA and industry associations.

• Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Aviation or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in compliance, quality, or oversight functions in aviation.
• Strong knowledge of QMS principles, auditing processes, IOSA standards, and airline operations.
• Skilled in documentation control, audit reporting, and training delivery.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with strong critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple oversight tasks.
