Job Description

As an Operational Manager, you will lead and align various operational teams to enhance efficiency and productivity within the company. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an operational management role, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve operational processes effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for efficient interaction with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop strategies and implement them effectively across various departments.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in operational software and information systems will be advantageous.
