Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage daily schedules for maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

Receive emergency calls from customers during and outside working hours

Follow up on response times and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction

Provide technical assistance to maintenance teams and consult with customers on technical issues when needed

Supervise maintenance teams and monitor their operational performance

Ensure preventive maintenance for generators conducted according to manufacturer recommendations

Submit purchase requests for parts needed by the maintenance team


Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor s degree in electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in operations or maintenance management, preferably in the generator industry

Strong technical knowledge of generator systems and maintenance practices

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively

Thoroughness, attention to quality, and timely delivery

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software


N.B This role requires both office-based work and field visits to monitor team performance and address technical issues as needed.
