Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Aviary is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operation Officer to join our growing Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual.


Responsibilities:
- Receiving the requests from the clients and replying with the required document if any.
- Submitting the necessaries permit and follow up with ECAA for any requirement.

- Preparing the daily flight report

- Follow up for all flights and aircrafts which we handle with airlines and other agents by SITA, e-mail and (ARINC)
- Filling ATC flight plan for all flights around the republic
- Follow up AIP (Aeronautical Information Publication, AIP Supplement, AIP amendment)
- Familiarity with the procedures that must be followed in the case of technical flights.
- Coordinate with the concerned stations and authorities for the releasing steps in case of technical flights.
- Prepare flight documents to PIC
- Follow up with daily basis NOTAMs for any update and send it to the concerning stations and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent English (speaking & written)

- for Senior candidates "Minimum 2 years recent Aviation experience"

- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Effective and proven positive interpersonal skills and a demonstrable ability to work within a team.

- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility for weekend work


Work conditions:
-Location: Head Office-Sheraton Buildings District
-Days off: Flexibility for weekend work
-Working hours: are cyclical based on operation
