Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and coordinate team activity. In this key role, you will ensure overall team performance, strategic alignment with business objectives, and be the main point of contact for managing operational challenges. You will also play a fundamental role in developing teams and team leaders as well as optimizing internal processes.

Your missions:

  • Coordinate the actions of team leaders to ensure optimal performance.
  • Evaluate team results and ensure effective execution of action plans.
  • Track performance indicators to ensure process compliance and optimize workflows.
  • Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and implement innovative solutions to challenges encountered.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, resolve conflicts and meet their requirements to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze team results and provide regular reports on project performance and progress.
  • Provide ongoing support to team leaders for their development and performance.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and anticipate organizational challenges.
  • Make strategic and operational decisions in real time to ensure team performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

What we are looking for:

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in management or coordination of multidisciplinary teams in a multinational and dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in French (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as in ERP management tools.
  • Leadership and team management with a strong unifying spirit.
  • Strong organizational skills and priority management.
  • Excellent coaching and performance management skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication.
