Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all company operations
  • Manage day to day operations
  • Manage and supervise the workforce,including task allocation, deadlines, and monitoring performance.
  • Integrate new technologies and business procedures as needed.
  • Act as the Management’s Representative and ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
  • Manage and oversee recruitment, resource planning, and talent development in consultation with senior leadership.
  • Lead the commercial, and business development functions, ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Supervise daily operations and support project delivery for projects
  • Take charge of company-wide performance,reporting, and compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
  • Ensure adherence to contract terms,quality standards, and timely project execution.
  • Identify process gaps and introduce improvements for higher efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead by example in decision-making, team development, and conflict resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience
  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to drive operational efficiency
