Role & responsibilities


Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with production goals and quality standards. Lead and mentor the Operation Engineering team, Testing Engineer by providing technical guidance and performance feedback. Coordinate engineering support for setups, testing, and field operations teams. Ensure timely creation, review, and approval of parts, documentation, and test protocols. Manage engineering change processes and ensure accurate implementation. Monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, testing accuracy, and equipment reliability. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations departments. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production and testing issues. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all engineering activities.



Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Minimum 710 years in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master s degree is a plus. Industry Background: Experience in robotics, industrial automation, or pipeline services. Language: Proficient in English (spoken and written). Leadership: Strong team-building and mentoring capabilities. Tools: Proficient in MRP systems, engineering software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
