Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Assist in managing patient appointments and follow-ups.
  • Support registration, check-in, and patient flow within the OPD.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure timely consultations.
  • Maintain and update patient records and treatment logs.
  • Guide patients through OPD procedures and answer basic inquiries.
  • Monitor waiting areas and ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in data collection and reporting for quality improvement.

Duration: 3 Months

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Dentistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or any other medical field.
  • Basic understanding of clinical workflows and outpatient services.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with hospital information systems or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
