Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential leads for IT hardware supply (laptops, desktops, peripherals, etc.) through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic networking.
Visit client sites across Dubai and nearby regions to conduct initial discussions and collect technical/commercial requirements.
Following up on dormant or disconnected leads and revives potential business opportunities through proactive communication.
Create and submit basic proposals with a keen understanding of client needs and available product options.
Coordinate closely with the technical and inside sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and closure.
Build a rapport with IT decision-makers and develop a strong sales pipeline for supply, with long-term
potential for project-based and service-based upselling.

Requirements

Experience:

2 3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT hardware supply, B2B sales, or technology procurement.
Fluency in English is a must. Additional command of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is highly valued.
Must be willing to travel across the city for client meetings and site visits.
Geographical knowledge of Dubai will be an advantage.
UAE Driving License will be considered an advantage.

Technical Skills:

Candidates with a technical understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, networking basics) will be prioritized.
Ability to research and approach the right contacts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Capable of using CRMs and lead-tracking tools for systematic sales engagement.
Proficient in professional email writing and WhatsApp Business conversations.
