We’re looking for a dynamic and driven On-Trade Sales Account Manager to grow our footprint across hotels, pubs, bars, and restaurants in Amman. This is a client-facing role for someone with strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive sales through relationship-building and field engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage on-trade sales accounts (bars, restaurants, hotels, pubs)

Conduct in-person visits and follow-up calls with prospective and existing clients

Negotiate deals, close new accounts, and meet monthly sales targets

Ensure product visibility and execution of in-store promotions

Coordinate internally for deliveries, returns, and promotional materials

Track account performance, collections, and client satisfaction

Attend client events and represent the brand on-site



Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

4–6 years of sales experience (FMCG / Beverage industry preferred)

Fluent in English | Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, reporting, etc.)

Must have own vehicle and a valid driving license

Must be open to working in the alcohol industry

Self-motivated, proactive, and performance-oriented
