Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As an OFFSHORE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER, you will:

  • Design and analyze offshore platforms, jackets, topsides, and subsea structures
  • Perform structural integrity assessments and finite element analysis (FEA)
  • Prepare design reports, drawings, and specifications for offshore assets
  • Execute code checks using international standards (API, DNV, ISO, AISC, etc.)
  • Conduct fatigue, dynamic, seismic, and load-out analyses
  • Coordinate with project managers, naval architects, and clients
  • Review fabrication and installation procedures for structural systems
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and QA/QC protocols
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in design reviews

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore structural engineering
Strong working knowledge of:

  • SACS /
  • STAAD.Pro /
  • OrcaFlex /
  • ANSYS / ABAQUS (for FEA)
  • AutoCAD / Revit /
  • MathCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project /

Proficiency in international offshore codes and standards (API RP 2A, ISO 19901, DNVGL)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in offshore construction or field support is a plus
