Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set up and adjust offset printing machines for various print jobs, ensuring alignment and color accuracy.
  • Monitor the printing process to detect and resolve issues such as ink distribution and paper feed problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning rollers and replacing worn parts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the pre-press team to understand specifications and requirements for each print job.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in printing technology is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating offset printing machines in a commercial setting.
  • Familiarity with various types of offset printing processes, including sheet-fed and web-fed printing.
  • Proficient in color theory and able to make precise color adjustments during the printing process.
