Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Risk Officer Agent will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks that could affect the organization s operations. This includes monitoring transactions, detectingbr>anomalies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the implementation of riskbr>management policies.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor financial and operational transactions to identify potential risks or irregularities.
- Analyse risk trends and collaborate with departments to address vulnerabilities.
- Conduct investigations into suspicious activities and document findings.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in developing and updating risk management frameworks and procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports and risk assessments for management.
- Stay informed on industry standards, risk management tools, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in risk management, fraud prevention, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with risk analysis tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
