Roles & Responsibilities

BNR is looking for an experienced Officer – Procurement to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team. This role is critical in ensuring that all materials, services, and contracts are sourced effectively, competitively, and in line with our business needs across multiple sectors including corporate contracts, facilities management, civil/MEP, landscaping, and agriculture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of materials and subcontracts (local/overseas) while securing the most competitive prices.

Negotiate with suppliers and contractors on price, delivery, and quality standards.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, verify invoices, and coordinate with finance for payments.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and build strong vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill procurement needs on time.
  • Lead and guide category teams to complete requests efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procurement best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Agricultural) or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Corporate Procurement Contracts (Insurance, Real Estate/Properties)
  • Total Facilities Management (TFM)
  • Civil/MEP & Landscaping Services
  • Agriculture Procurement
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Strong in decision-making, problem-solving, multitasking, and working under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
