Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day online accommodation operations across multiple platforms in line with the daily operational plan.
- Review and handle assigned bookings, ensuring accuracy, timely confirmation and compliance with operational standards.
- Confirm hotel bookings through hotel extranets or direct coordination with hotel partners and suppliers and update confirmation details (including HCN) accurately in the system.
- Maintain and update hotel inventory, rates, promotions, and availability on hotel extranet systems to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Monitor online accommodation performance and address discrepancies related to bookings, rates or availability.
- Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve booking, rate, availability or operational discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, timelines and quality expectations.
- Handle operational challenges efficiently while working under pressure and tight deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
- 2 5 years in tourism/hospitality, including at least 1 year in online accommodation operations.
- Experience with OTAs, bedbanks and hotel extranet systems.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer- and partner-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
