Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for energetic and positive Customer Service agents to join our Almosafer team in Riyadh. You will help our customers with their travel plans by answering product and service questions, booking flights, tours, and hotels, and suggesting information about other products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries from the time of the escalation to its closing.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems, aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Change, cancel, and refund flights, hotels, and packages according to its rules and regulations.
- Complete necessary project operation documentation.
- Alert the Team Leader on issues or concerns that require escalation.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the customer data.
- Adhere to work and accommodate business requests (including flexible locations & working hours).
- Achieve the SLA target and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform other related duties.
Profile Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service role
- Great listening skills
- Strong communication skills in English, native Arabic
- Positive attitude
- You are passionate about the travel industry
