Roles & Responsibilities

Travel agents assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and others on the business trip.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Provide information on the business trip.
  • Travel Planning: Research and recommend travel itineraries, accommodations, and others.
  • Create customized travel packages that fit the client.
  • Booking Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
  • Manage reservations and ensure all details are accurate.
  • Customer Support: Assist clients with travel-related issues, such as cancellations or changes.
  • Provide ongoing support during the travel process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in tourism or related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in related fields.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with the Global Distribution System (GDS) program.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Arabic.
