Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative activities to maintain a well-structured and efficient office environment.
Supervise office staff and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Oversee office supplies, inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Organize meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and company events.
Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Handle correspondence, documentation, filing systems, and record management.
Assist management with reports, presentations, and administrative support.
Coordinate facility management, maintenance, and service requests as required.
Monitor operational budgets and support basic accounting or finance tasks when needed.
Act as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management systems.
Ability to manage teams and handle confidential information with professionalism.
Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail.
Experience working in the travel or service industry is a plus.
