Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow across departments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
  • Supervise office staff, monitor performance, and provide necessary guidance.
  • Oversee procurement and vendor management for office supplies and services.
  • Draft, review, and maintain important correspondence, reports, and records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in office operations.
  • Manage internal communications and support HR in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense tracking, and office-related financial reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5 7 years of proven experience in office management or executive administration.
  • Prior experience in an industrial or multinational environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices.
