KILONEWTONS is hiring a strategic Office Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our administrative team in Cairo. This pivotal role requires 10+ years of experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to optimize office efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead administrative staff and streamline office operations.
Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Develop and implement office policies for maximum productivity.
Oversee facility management (maintenance, supplies, security).
Coordinate HR tasks (onboarding, records, employee support).
Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering a positive work environment.
MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books a plus)
Project Management Tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
HRIS/CRM Systems (e.g., BambooHR, Salesforce)
Fluency in English & Arabic (written and verbal)
Negotiation & vendor management
Crisis management & decision-making
10+ years in office management, operations, or executive administration.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven leadership with teams of 5+ members.
