Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination & Supervision: Coordinate tasks among team members, monitor project milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
- KPI Evaluation: Track and evaluate key performance indicators to ensure smooth workflow.
- HR Duties: Handle basic HR tasks such as managing attendance (including using fingerprint devices), overseeing vacation schedules, and assisting with salary and bonus administration.
- Recreational Event Planning: Organize team-building activities and maintain a positive studio culture.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Use tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook for documentation and coordination.
What We re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A friendly, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach
- Experience in both project coordination and some HR functions
- Familiarity with using attendance management systems or devices
- Experience in the architecture or interior design field is a strong plus
