Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

An international company based in Dubai is seeking an Office Boy, preferably with 2 years’ experience in the same field, with experience in catering to the management, and taking care of the office's general needs.





Responsibilities:

1. General Cleaning - Regularly clean and maintain the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, kitchen areas, and restrooms. Ensure a tidy and hygienic environment.

2. Beverage & Catering Services - Preparation of all kinds of coffees and general pantry requirements.

3. Stock Management - Monitor and manage office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials. Restock supplies as needed to ensure their availability.

4. Courier and Mail Handling - Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries to the appropriate recipients. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.

5. Errands and Tasks - Assist with various tasks as assigned by office staff, such as photocopying documents, running errands, and performing minor administrative duties.

6. Setup and Maintenance - Arrange furniture, equipment, and materials for meetings, conferences, and other office events. Ensure that meeting rooms are set up according to requirements.

7. Greeting Visitors - Welcome visitors and guests, provide them with necessary information, serve beverages and direct them to the appropriate person or area.

8. Supporting Staff - Assist Admin and other office staff members by fulfilling requests for photocopies, scanning and other small tasks that contribute to their efficiency.

9. Waste Disposal - Collect and properly dispose of general waste materials.

10. Safety and Security - Assist in maintaining a safe and secure working environment by monitoring access and reporting any suspicious activity.

11. Maintenance Coordination - Notify appropriate personnel about office maintenance and repair needs, such as plumbing, electrical, or equipment issues.





Desired Candidate Profile

· Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Good communication skills.

· Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

· Basic organizational and time management skills.

· Physical fitness to carry out cleaning and lifting tasks.
