Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide general office support: filing, scanning, photocopying, and document control. • Prepare and distribute letters, emails, and basic reports.
• Handle incoming calls, visitors, mail, and courier services professionally.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
• Support PRO, Admin and HR activities such as document submission, tracking visas, labour cards, and IDs, hotel and travel bookings, manage pickup and drop of travelling personnel, etc.
• Maintain office stationery, pantry supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist accounts team with basic data entry, invoice filing, and petty cash records.
• Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Safety & Compliance
• Follow company office procedures, confidentiality requirements, and HSE rules. • Report administrative issues, document expiries, or office maintenance needs promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred candidate should have min. 1-2 years of experience as an office assistant or in a similar role in Oman, should have familiarity with Ministry of Labour, ROP and general government documentation processes preferred.
Candidate should provide efficient administrative and clerical support for smooth day-to-day office operations in Muscat, while assisting with documentation, coordination, and compliance with Omani office and labour requirements.
Fluency in Arabic & English is a must
