Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administration
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally
- Manage emails, correspondence, and office documentation
- Maintain office records, files, and schedules
- Coordinate with staff, suppliers, and management
- Monitor office supplies and general office operations
PRO & Government Liaison
- Assist with visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
- Coordinate Emirates ID, medicals, and labor-related tasks
- Liaise with government departments and service centers
- Track document expiry and compliance requirements
IT & Technical Support
- Provide basic IT support to office staff
- Handle computers, printers, email, and network issues
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required
- Ensure basic data security and system functionality
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- 2–5 years experience in a similar multi-role position
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of UAE PRO processes
- Good computer and IT troubleshooting skills
- Organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently
