Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:


To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing front-desk responsibilities, handling administrative tasks, and supporting internal and external communications. The Office Administrator acts as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, maintaining a professional and organized environment that supports daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Handle office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communication.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area and meeting spaces.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, shipments, and invoice tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed (e.g., filing, scheduling, document preparation).

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:
