Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing front-desk responsibilities, handling administrative tasks, and supporting internal and external communications. The Office Administrator acts as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, maintaining a professional and organized environment that supports daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communication.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area and meeting spaces.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, shipments, and invoice tracking.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed (e.g., filing, scheduling, document preparation).
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- 1 2 years of experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role (preferred).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Languages:
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
