Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Office Administrator is responsible for the smooth operation of daily activities within the office. You will support teams with administrative tasks, manage documents, and ensure efficient coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, calendars, and daily schedules
- Handle data entry, document filing, and correspondence
- Assist sales and leasing teams with paperwork and logistics
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office-related activities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and calls
