Planet Fitness Med is seeking a dynamic Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key team member, you will perform a variety of specialized and administrative functions essential to the smooth operation of the office.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in an office administrative or similar support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience supporting event coordination or logistics is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work onsite in an office-based arrangement.
