Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
-
Prepare, update, and manage schedules for students, divers, and instructors to ensure smooth operations.
-
Coordinate with instructors and staff to allocate resources and manage bookings effectively.
-
Record and maintain daily sales transactions, course bookings, and product orders.
-
Track order fulfilment to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
-
Provide prompt and professional customer service through WhatsApp, emails, phone calls, and website messages.
-
Handle customer inquiries, share course/trip details, and assist with bookings or issues.
-
Generate and maintain reports for management on schedules, sales, and operations.
-
Support the operations team with administrative and logistical tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets in particular).
-
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Customer service experience across digital and phone channels is highly desirable.
-
Prior experience in scheduling, administration, or sales support is an advantage.
