Job Description

An Off-Plan Property Consultant plays a crucial role in the real estate industry, specializing in selling properties that are still in the planning or construction phase. These consultants work closely with developers, builders, investors, and individual buyers to facilitate property transactions before the property is available for occupancy. Their expertise in market trends, investment potential, and property specifications enables them to effectively guide clients through the buying process, ensuring a seamless transaction. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in understanding the benefits and risks of off-plan property investments.
  • Coordinate and host property site visits and presentation sessions for interested buyers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers and builders.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements between clients and developers efficiently.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor analysis to provide strategic advice.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, offer documents, and closing statements to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and real estate regulations at all times.
  • Track and report sales progress through CRM systems and other reporting tools.
  • Offer exemplary customer service to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
  • Strong understanding of the off-plan property market and investment opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and a high degree of self-motivation.
