Job Description

Overview:

We are is looking for a full time Software Engineer – (OEM DEVELOPER) who is interested in developing software, providing technical support and project planning. OEM developer’s main responsibilities include understanding the requirements and specifications, writing code
(in C and Python etc.) to develop the application, creating prototypes, testing the app before it's launched and debugging the app as errors are encountered. This role provides a customer-facing opportunity with Industrial Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in addition to software engineering responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

• Performs new product and/or application software design and development as well as maintenance activities for products and/or applications already in production using C, C++, C#, Java, assembly language, or other selected languages
• Troubleshoots basic issue reports, reproduces issues, evaluates technical cause and implements and tests software solutions
• Identifies and resolves defects of basic scope using proper engineering tools and techniques such as debuggers, emulators, simulators, and logic analyzers
• Applies design standards and procedures using appropriate engineering tools to document and implement basic designs in an organized manner.
• Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems.
• Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements and deploying programs and applications
• Testing, troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software.
