Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to ensure successful coordination, proper tracking and delivery of all OCT activities through an effective ATG team with the goal to accelerate growth and improve business profitability through timely, quality and on-budget delivery of projects through multi-functional teams.
The job plays an important role in evaluating supply activities and ensuring adherence to the activity process and to MEA/factory supply strategy following the S&OP+ framework. Activities include new product launches, re-launches, new packs, artwork changes, on pack promotions, repatriation, re-engineering products, etc.
The jobholder is an individual contributor and will be the QuEST Supply SPOC for OCT and will represent the site with its customers across MEA and affiliate markets. He/She will be responsible for leading a cross-functional factory ATG team to smoothly and efficiently deliver the business strategy. Also part of the role will include the coordination, harmonization and optimization of Supply input captured in the S&OP+ process.
