Conduct patient assessments to determine their needs and abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic programs.
Implement therapy sessions to improve motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities.
Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to support rehabilitation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and health & safety standards.
Keep accurate records of all therapy sessions and patient progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
Valid license or registration as per UAE healthcare regulations.
Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented.
