We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills are essential in this role as you motivate and guide patients through their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' conditions and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' unique rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to perform at home.
• Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Provide support and guidance to patients struggling with motivation or progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning discussions.
• Stay updated on the latest occupational therapy practices and techniques.
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment for patients and staff.
• Advocate for patients' needs and coordinate with other healthcare providers as required.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy procedures and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment plans.
• Experience with electronic medical records and documentation systems.
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping patients regain independence.
