Roles & Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates within the Oil & Gas industry using specialized databases and networking events, uncovering hidden talent.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates' technical expertise and cultural fit for the demanding O&G environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, tailoring your search for the perfect match.
