Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Monitor and record vital signs like temperature, pulse, and respiration, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the nursing staff.
  • Provide mobility assistance, helping patients move around, transfer between beds and chairs, and preventing falls through careful observation.
  • Serve and collect meals, assisting patients with feeding if needed, and documenting their food intake accurately.
  • Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Document patient care activities and observations accurately in the patient's records, following established protocols.
  • Assist with the use of medical equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, and other devices, ensuring they are properly maintained.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Filipino nationality is required, reflecting a deep understanding of cultural nuances in patient care.
  • Completion of a Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) program, demonstrating foundational knowledge and skills.
  • Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent, showing a commitment to basic education.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, offering practical experience in patient care.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.
