As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early development of children in their foundational years. This position entails creating a nurturing and stimulating educational environment where young children can learn, grow, and explore the world around them. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities and programs that foster emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth in young children. The right candidate should possess a passion for early childhood education, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a warm and loving classroom setting that encourages learning through play and discovery.

• Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans for young children.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming classroom environment for students.
• Foster positive relationships with children and their families to support development.
• Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child regularly.
• Encourage social interactions and positive behavior among children in the classroom.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children s progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the early learning program.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly educational environment.
• Ensure all classroom activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the varied learning needs of each child.
• Incorporate a range of educational technologies and resources in teaching.
• Facilitate and encourage play-based learning experiences to promote exploration.

• Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• State certification or licensure for teaching in a nursery or preschool setting.
• Minimum of two years of experience working in early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy classroom environment.
