• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. • Lead and manage the teaching and support staff, ensuring they meet performance and educational standards. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards, staff qualifications, and child protection policies. • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children from diverse backgrounds. • Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community to maintain a high level of communication and trust. • Manage enrolment and ensure the nursery is operating at full capacity. • Regularly assess and report on children's progress, ensuring that learning goals are being met. • Organize and oversee events, activities, and curriculum planning for children and staff.
