Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized care plans that address individual health needs and preferences.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and monitoring for any adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes through effective communication and shared decision-making.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications to empower informed choices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in both theory and practice.
- Current nursing license valid in the respective state or country, demonstrating compliance with local regulations.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for emergency preparedness.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting, showcasing hands-on expertise.
