Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual healthcare needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and monitoring for potential side effects.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes effectively.
- Provide education and support to patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- Utilize advanced medical technology and equipment to monitor vital signs and assist with diagnostic procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, applying critical thinking and clinical judgment to stabilize patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and elevate the standard of care.
- Advocate for patients’ rights and preferences, ensuring they are informed and involved in their own care.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training and education to stay current with best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent nursing qualification from an accredited institution.
Valid DHA/MOH license or eligibility
Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency considered an asset for diverse patient interactions. (Arabic is advantage)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to relay critical information clearly and compassionately.
Strong patient care and communication skills
