Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring an experienced Nurse Educator to train nurses for various exams conducted by Government Hospitals in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background, proven teaching skills, and excellent English communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure training programs meet professional and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for nurses preparing for government hospital examinations.
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans, training modules, and assessments.
  • Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedbackMaintain up-to-date .knowledge of nursing best practices and examination requirements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to train and mentor nurses effectively
  • Masters in Nursing with minimum 3 years of clinical experience and at least 1 year as Nurse Educator OR
  • Bachelors in Nursing with minimum 5 years of clinical experience and at least 2 years as Nurse Educator
  • Data Flow certification (mandatory)
  • Strong English communication skills
